About Us
Triad Electrical Contractors, Inc. started 20 year ago as all small company doing small electrical projects at varies industrial plants. From the start the electrical project quickly expanded into new projects including moving equipment for new production lines.
Now a full-service company, we offer expertise in electrical construction, service, precision fabrication, certified welding. We handle projects ranging from one-hour service calls to complex, multi-phased design/built projects.
Our shop is 9,000 square feet. In the shop we have an auto feed horizontal band saw, iron worker, tig, mig, stick welders.
Technimark Inc. picked Triad Electrical Contractors to do four (4) power upgrades that included new transformers, switchgear, load centers, disconnects, design built control boxes and new lighting. We are currently working on a new additional plastics plant and large warehouse.
Wellmark Corporation is a recycling plant for the plastic industry. TEC was chosen to install several new pieces of equipment including new switchgear, load centers, control panels, guard rails, and lighting. TEC is on call for any emergency work needed in this plant.
Johnson Controls has been using our services for 20 years. TEC has been involved in all aspects of plant maintenance including: emergency calls, new guard rails, alarm systems and changing plant filters. However, the bulk of our work has included new lighting, indoors and parking lots, moving large equipment, installing production lines that included robotics, balancing power loads, Arc Flash studies, welding and manufacture of skid plates. We have an on-going maintenance program in their plant.
Due to the hazardous conditions in this plant TEC requires special PPE , safety classes, on-going and physical health check-ups at Hope Center. We know the management of Johnson Controls knows our concerns about keeping their plant operational and has confidence in our work.
Multi Packaging Solutions caters to the print and packaging healthcare industry. Their work must be pristine due to the ink and special presses that are required. Triad Electrical Contractors has worked in this plant seven years. Our work has included electrical controls, lighting, emergency calls, demolition, building offices, moving and crating presses and our latest project was building a loading dock.
O’Neal Steel tested our company for several years before turning over large projects. Our first project was replacing siding on the South Side of their plant. With time we became their primary contractor for removing and rewiring equipment from a different location. We have repeatedly balance power loads in the building, added a new transformer and upgraded their load centers.
MillerCoors Brewery is our newest industrial customer. Our relationship with them started by working in the Pen houses, (air washers), and HVAC work in their plant. We have passed their PEC Safety Programs and look forward to a long working relationship with them.
OTHER WORK:
Our customers have requested, at times, for us do special projects with them at their “sister plants.” TEC has always satisfied their needs. TEC works with industrial and commercial General Contractors to give the best quality of work to our clients. TEC will always have permits as required to guarantee a completed project.
